Item Listings

I do my best to accurately represent the color of each piece. Glazes may look different under different lighting conditions.Sizes are approximate and not exact measurements. If you have questions about a particular item, please contact me. I'm happy to help!

Your shop is empty. Why can’t I see any items for sale?

In between shop updates my shop is often empty. If the shop is empty I am sold out so be sure to check for the date of the next restock.

When I am at an in person event, my online shop is closed, to avoid conflict of purchases. This will be in my announced in my header on this website.

Does adding an item to your cart secure the item as yours?

Adding an item to your cart does not secure the item until payment is processed. Multiple people can have the same item in their cart at the same time. The first to checkout will secure the item as theirs. If you are interested in multiple items I recommend purchasing one at a time to secure your first choice.

Do you Accept Custom Orders?

I do! Pottery takes time, and do to the process, there are often factors that are beyond my control. Most custom pieces take 4-6 weeks from start to finish. I will do my best to update you along this process.

Shipping

I ship USPS within 3-5 business days of purchase. I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Damages

I take care to pack each item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Pottery is fragile by nature and boxes are labeled as such.  Occasionally, a piece may be damaged in transit. If a breakage occurs, please contact me and provide photos of the damage as soon as possible. Claims received more than 7 days passed the delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
